Meditation

  • So many people don’t know what is meditation and its uses for our health.Meditation is an excellent way to control our mind which increases the activity of the brain, reduces the health problems, increases the rememberence power of mind. one can observe the change in our behavior and health fitness within 1 week if we do meditation for 15 to 20 min daily.

    For doing meditation there are no rules and many ways of doing meditation,but i will tell one method to follow. For doing meditation, choose a silent and open location where you don’t get disturbed. There are many ways to have a position but i suggest you to take the position as shown in the figure. Then slowly inhale and slowly exhale the air through your nose and concentrate only on your breathe and don’t think about any other. Try to do as much time as you can (15 to 20 min daily is good) and finally open your eyes slowly. Don’t try to breathe hard or move your body while doing meditation and its better to do early in the morning or n the evening as our mind will be free in this time.

    Doing like this daily will help you a lot in balancing your mind. You will be able to percieve the change in your behavior and mind with in few days.Lets do it !!!
