    So many people don’t know what is meditation and its uses for our health.Meditation is an excellent way to control our mind which increases the activity of the brain, reduces the health problems, increases the rememberence power of mind. one can observe the change in our behavior and health fitness within 1 week if we do meditation for 15 to 20 min daily.

    For doing meditation there are no rules and many ways of doing meditation,but i will tell one method to follow. For doing meditation, choose a silent and open location where you don’t get disturbed. There are many ways to have a position but i suggest you to take the position as shown in the figure. Then slowly inhale and slowly exhale the air through your nose and concentrate only on your breathe and don’t think about any other. Try to do as much time as you can (15 to 20 min daily is good) and finally open your eyes slowly. Don’t try to breathe hard or move your body while doing meditation and its better to do early in the morning or n the evening as our mind will be free in this time.

    Doing like this daily will help you a lot in balancing your mind. You will be able to percieve the change in your behavior and mind with in few days.Lets do it !!!

    Researchers at The Young Lab found that the source of love could be in the head rather than your heart. So, is it that love is all about chemistry?

    One can’t say it completely till now but they say that there is a biological reason for it. Researchers found that there four tiny parts of brain that get stimulated when on makes love. They are Ventral Tegmental Area (VTA), the Nucleus Accumbens, the Ventral palladium and Raphe Nucleus.

    The VTA is the important part which will lit up when one makes love. It produces Dopamine and sends it to the different parts of the brain. The Nucleus Accumbens has activity when one breaks up with his love and is dying for it. The Ventral Palladium has to do with hormones that reduce the stress and Raphe nucleus produces serotonin that gives a sense of calmness.

    In females the key bonding hormone is Oxytocin and in males it is vasopressin. The levels of these hormones along with Dopamine decide the emotions and an appropriate mixture could make a love pill or an Anti love pill. We know that some perfumes contain Oxytocin and Vasopressin that help in human bonding.

    In the researcher Dr.Young’s words “if you really want, you know, to get the relationship spark back, then engage in the behavior that stimulates the release of these molecules and allow them to stimulate the emotions and that would be kissing, hugging and intimate contact”. Actually Dr.Young and his team are working on Voles (one of the mammal).
    He also added that “My wife tells me that flowers work as well. I don’t know for sure, as a scientist it’s hard to see how it stimulates the love circuits, but I do know they seem to have an effect. And the absence of them seems to have an effect as well.”

    People often suffer from severe panic attacks who are already suffering from Anxiety, but that is not necessary. You may even experience them even if you don’t think you have such a problem. This results in increased heart-beat, taking short breaths, and trembling. The attack could even lead to a much worsened condition of panic disorder. The patient mainly suffers from a panic attack when he gets into a potentially embarrassing or perplexing situation. This can be a great hurdle to success in professional life because the patient might be scared of crowds and facing higher authority officers.

    Although there are no specific reasons to a particular or a series of attacks, which could even be depression or panic disorder itself, but those who confront this disturbing situation should identify the the indicators or causes of panic attacks. By searching the symptoms and techniques to ease panic attacks, you can slowly overcome your nerves.
