    Wherever we go we expect the respect from others and being respected by others. This respect comes from the self esteem of us. To have a great life in society we need to have self-esteem which means that we need to have the confidence in our abilities and capabilities. Unless we have the confidence on our abilities we don’t get recognition and we will not get into the perfect job because we can’t do any work if we are not having the confidence within us. If we are confident in our capabilities we can do anything and achieve any target that is in our reach. Building self-esteem on our capabilities is very important for management jobs. These are some tips that boost our self-esteem and make us feel strong enough to do any of our jobs.
    Being positive on our side and making encouraging statements on us makes us feel very proud of ourselves and makes very confident. Work at feeling good about yourselves and become more self-reliant. Always think that you are strong and can do any job. Always we have to picture ourselves with any one of the hero and remind our old accomplishments that makes us to feel that we are different from others and to recognize our abilities.
    Being optimistic is very important to build self-esteem. Always hope well. When we are thinking in a pessimistic way then stop and think only about good points about the situation and think how we can turn the situation on our side. We should not take things so seriously or personally and try to crate humor. Don’t listen to your inner critic and always tell yourself that I am good person and whatever I do ids good. Do meditation or walking or exercises daily which boosts our self-esteem by giving us good health.

    So many people don’t know what is meditation and its uses for our health.Meditation is an excellent way to control our mind which increases the activity of the brain, reduces the health problems, increases the rememberence power of mind. one can observe the change in our behavior and health fitness within 1 week if we do meditation for 15 to 20 min daily.

    For doing meditation there are no rules and many ways of doing meditation,but i will tell one method to follow. For doing meditation, choose a silent and open location where you don’t get disturbed. There are many ways to have a position but i suggest you to take the position as shown in the figure. Then slowly inhale and slowly exhale the air through your nose and concentrate only on your breathe and don’t think about any other. Try to do as much time as you can (15 to 20 min daily is good) and finally open your eyes slowly. Don’t try to breathe hard or move your body while doing meditation and its better to do early in the morning or n the evening as our mind will be free in this time.

    Doing like this daily will help you a lot in balancing your mind. You will be able to percieve the change in your behavior and mind with in few days.Lets do it !!!
