    Everybody think that we can heal medicines only with the medicines but not always. Diseases can also be treated through providing mental relief and in many other ways. Many people don’t know that water is one of the major medicine to your and occupies 70% of our body. There are many diseases those can be treated through water without the use of any kind of medicines. If adequate amount of water which is clean was made available and the people used it appropriately, the amount of sickness and death could probably be cut to half.

    Correct usage of the water is the basic prevention and treatment for diarrhea. In many areas, diarrhea is the most of the common cause of sickness and death in small children. Contaminated water is the major reason for all diseases. An important part of the prevention of this disease and many other diseases is to make sure that the water we drink is safe and clean. We need to store the water in a cleaned container as well as we have to change the water daily and we should not drink the stored water. It is always suggestible to boil the water before drinking. If this is not possible then store the water in a clean container and cover with some plate on top of that container. Keep this container under the sunlight so that no other bacteria will pass through that container.

    The common cause of deaths in children is due to dehydration or loss of too much water from the body. By giving a child with plenty of water possibly with salt or lemon or sugar will prevent the possible dehydration and also brings the child suffering from dehydration to a better state very quickly.

    Giving the more water is the great treatment than any other medicines for dehydration. Drinking more water also keeps the body in a balanced condition and makes sure the proper functioning of our body parts. Water also reduces the tension makes us more resistant from diseases. So try to drink water as much as possible.

    Toenail fungus is a highly contagious infection. This unsightly and sometimes painful condition can easily be passed from one person to another unless the proper precautions are taken. This is especially true among family members that share bathrooms. It can also be passed between friends or strangers at gyms or at public showers near the community swimming pool. Even the local water park can be a source of toenail fungus. In fact, any place that harbors moisture can harbor the bacteria that causes fungus to grow on the toenails.

    It is important to recognize the symptoms of toenail fungus so that treatment can begin as early as possible. Generally the nails turn yellow and thick. They appear bumpy or even crusty. Sometimes the area around the nail can become inflamed and tender. Toenail fungus can be difficult to treat, often requiring oral as well as topical medications. This can cost time, money, and much frustration in addition to the discomfort of the condition.

    So how does one avoid picking up or spreading a toenail fungus? The simple answer is to keep your feet clean and away from places where you could encounter or leave the bacteria that cause toenail fungi. Stay away from public swimming pools. Do not go barefoot in the shower area at the gym. If you must go to places like those, make sure you wear shower shoes and then wash and dry your feet thoroughly afterward. When you get home, treat yourself to a foot soak in Epsom salts or a mixture of apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil in a twenty-minute foot bath or being proactive and using a tea tree oil product like zetaclear can help.

    When you are infected, stay away from the nail salon to avoid passing on the condition to others. If someone else in your family comes down with a toenail fungus, take extra care in the family bathroom. Keep it clean and disinfected—that’s the tub and the floor, especially. Do not share towels. Around the rest of the house, everyone should wear sandals to avoid contact with the bacteria that may be tracked on the floor. Mop the floor on a regular basis.

    There are some other simple things that you can do to avoid passing on or picking up a toe fungus. Never share shoes with anyone—not even a close family member. You wouldn’t share your toothbrush or hair brush. Change your socks and shoes on a frequent basis—and don’t wear the same pair of shoes every day. Spray your shoes with a disinfecting spray and then let them air out so that they will not harbor the bacteria that can cause toenail fungus. Wash your socks in hot water, preferably with bleach. Towels should be washed the same way.

    Finally, make sure you dry your feet completely after you take a shower or bath, or after you go swimming. Remember: dry and light are the keys to keeping your feet free of this unsightly and highly contagious fungus. Cleanliness and care will ensure that you and your family are protected from this condition.

    • Keep a daily record of the amount of time that you sleep. Write down the time that you went to bed, the last time you looked at the clock and when you woke up. Write down any times that you woke up during the middle of the night, too. You should also write down any times that you laid down and took a nap too. This record keeping will help to determine what your sleep pattern is.

    • Determine also the quality of the rest that you get. If you find that you sleep but didn’t feel like you were getting enough rest, then this could be a potential problem for you.

    • Write down what you did before you slept. You should include any foods that you consumed and when you ate them during the day, especially those that you ate the last few hours before you went to bed.

    • Note any daytime activities that keep you up. For example, if you ran a marathon that day, you’ll need to note that as well as the effect that it had on you during your nighttime rest. You should keep track of any physical activity that could play a role in your outcome.

    • Also, track a few more changes. For example, include how much caffeine you drank, and when. Determine what amount of alcohol you drank. You should write down if there are any emotional considerations that could have played a role in your sleeping problems.

    All of these things can contribute to the problems of sleep deprivation. If you find yourself recording this information and finding a pattern with it, then you can try to make changes that will ultimately improve your condition.   • Treatment for vomiting

    In our previous posts, i wrote about some of the ways in which vomiting can be controlled and i want to add some more points regarding the same. Following are some of the basic measures that can followed to control the vomiting.

    Lie down in a quiet room with a basin at the bedside. Do not attempt to suppress vomiting. Do not take any food or medicines. Avoid all dairy products, acidic fruits and juices, alcohol, coffee (including decaffeinated), sodas except flat (de-carbonated) non-caffeinated clear sodas (7-Up or ginger ale).  Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen and medications containing these. Immediately after vomiting or retching (dry heaves), allow the stomach to remain empty for 2 hours. Eat ice chips, several ounces over the next 90 minutes. If no vomiting occurs, try sips of clear liquids, such as water, broth, or diluted apple juice. If these sips are tolerated without vomiting, slowly increase the volume of these fluids.   If vomiting recurs, allow the stomach to rest and start over with ice chips.

    First 12-18 hours: take clear liquids

    • Ice chips, water, diluted apple juice, flat, non-caffeinated clear sodas, Jello/gelatin, Popsicles , weak non-caffeinated herbal teas.
    • Once fluids are kept down consistently, foods may be slowly added. In the next 12 hours, try small amounts of:
    • Banana, toast/jelly (no butter or margarine), clear soup, saltine or graham crackers, pretzels, applesauce, white rice, steamed or mashed potatoes, dry cereal without milk.

    After 24 hours, add:

    • Cooked oatmeal or Cream of Wheat without milk, hard-boiled or poached egg (white only), cooked white chicken (not fried, remove skin), lean beef.
    • During the next 2 or 3 days gradually add more foods, such as skim milk, low-fat yogurt, puddings and fruit.
    • Do not rush back to a full regular diet continue to avoid fatty/greasy foods, spicy foods, acidic foods, and alcohol.
    • If vomiting ceases with these simple measures and if there are no other symptoms, it may not be necessary to call a physician. If vomiting continues, however, medical care should be sought as soon as possible.
