We like nuts very much but eat less. Nuts are the best source of carbohydrates, fats and oils. These carbohydrates and fats are not harmful to our health as we may think but they contain mono-saturated and poly-saturated fats that are not agents for health problems like the fats found in other foods like meat, processed foods etc. These fats in nuts create a protective shell for heart and reduce the heart problems. These nuts include almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, pecans, pine nuts, walnuts etc. These nuts reduce the problems of knee pains which Is caused due the reduction of some liquid material at knees. Nuts develop this material and reduce the knee pains. There are so many components that are present in nuts that can reduce the health problems. They contains Arginine, which contain amino acids that reduces the blood pressure, tryptophan which, simulates the production of hormones in the brain and helps to reduce the depression and gives the relaxation to the mind. Eating nuts also reduces the some kinds of cholesterol and reduce the diseases and gives very much strength to our body. Nuts like almond are also helpful as beauty creams by applying the paste made up of almonds and this cream makes our face beautiful. So don’t forget to take at least some amount of nuts daily.

After getting birth, our body will not be in a developed state completely and their brain will be in an initial phase, bones will be very delicate, small body with very sensitive skin etc. and our body won’t have the resistance capability to defend the diseases. So at this stage our body is more vulnerable to diseases and we should care child health care at great deal. To ensure that child body becomes resistant to disease, they should be given some vaccinations that make them defensible to diseases. The diseases that occur in childhood are diphtheria, measles, mumps, polio, rubella, tetanus, whooping cough etc.
In order to control all these diseases the child should be given vaccinations at correct age and at correct time and also in correct doses. For Diphtheria which effects throat, an injection is given which also contains the tetanus, whooping cough and polio vaccines. This should be given between 13 to 18 years. For measles, which is the common diseases that occur to every child, the injection known as MMR which also contains the mumps and rubella vaccines should be given around 13 months after the birth. For polio, which attacks the nervous system, spinal cord and causes paralysis, polio vaccines is given which includes DTaP/IPV/Hib injection and this also contains the vaccines for diphtheria, tetanus, Hib and whooping cough and this should be given in the age of 12 to 16 weeks for babies and 13 to 18 years of age as preschool booster.

So many people struggles with digestion problems like acidity, very hungry even after eating, cholesterol increase etc. There are several kinds of problems and their own treatment for each problem but most of them occurs due to some major reasons like taking improper diet at improper timings, improper locations and improper way. We should take the diet properly with less oil and fat contents and foods that are rich in vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins. Reduce eating food at late nights that increases the body weight. Take food at regular intervals of time and regularly. IF we don’t take food at proper times it causes the problem of acidity and it reduces the ability to eat properly. Don’t forget to take breakfast. Eat fruits and raw vegetables as much as possible. Eating leafy vegetables reduces the problem of constipation and reduces the digestion problems. Eat food in proper way. Don’t take in large amounts even though you like it very much. Try to reduce the quantity you eat and be yourself in control.
