    We like nuts very much but eat less. Nuts are the best source of carbohydrates, fats and oils. These carbohydrates and fats are not harmful to our health as we may think but they contain mono-saturated and poly-saturated fats that are not agents for health problems like the fats found in other foods like meat, processed foods etc. These fats in nuts create a protective shell for heart and reduce the heart problems. These nuts include almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, pecans, pine nuts, walnuts etc. These nuts reduce the problems of knee pains which Is caused due the reduction of some liquid material at knees. Nuts develop this material and reduce the knee pains. There are so many components that are present in nuts that can reduce the health problems. They contains Arginine, which contain amino acids that reduces the blood pressure, tryptophan which, simulates the production of hormones in the brain and helps to reduce the depression and gives the relaxation to the mind. Eating nuts also reduces the some kinds of cholesterol and reduce the diseases and gives very much strength to our body. Nuts like almond are also helpful as beauty creams by applying the paste made up of almonds and this cream makes our face beautiful. So don’t forget to take at least some amount of nuts daily. 1
