    So many people struggles with digestion problems like acidity, very hungry even after eating, cholesterol increase etc. There are several kinds of problems and their own treatment for each problem but most of them occurs due to some major reasons like taking improper diet at improper timings, improper locations and improper way. We should take the diet properly with less oil and fat contents and foods that are rich in vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins. Reduce eating food at late nights that increases the body weight. Take food at regular intervals of time and regularly. IF we don’t take food at proper times it causes the problem of acidity and it reduces the ability to eat properly. Don’t forget to take breakfast. Eat fruits and raw vegetables as much as possible. Eating leafy vegetables reduces the problem of constipation and reduces the digestion problems.
