When you are in dream, if some one suddenly wakes you up it definitely makes you irritating and feels tired and drowsy.     • People, who can’t use CPAP during sleep, can prefer for propped up pillows or sleeping in reclining chair. This avoids the gravity of nerves and decreases the effect of apnea.
