So please try to remember you eat to live not live to eat.

    Exercise is Essential

    Do I really need to explain this? If you want to be healthy you need to exercise. Controlling your diet can reduce weight yes but nothing is as fast as exercise besides it tones your muscles and gives you a figure you can be proud of. Try to go to the gym for a couple of hours, if that’s to boring take up a sport, don’t have time for that start yoga at your own place or just start jogging for a couple of hours everyday! Believe me it will do miracles for your figure.

    Your body needs at least eight hours a day to work properly and to burn all that fat you’ve accumulated that’s the way it works!

    Take a second and think before buying a favorite brand! You might think this is something I have had for ages and pick up a bag of your favorite chips but you need to take a second and read the nutrition facts!

    Oil it Out

    Butter is huge source of cholesterol; it is used in almost everything. What you need to do is simple, the next you bake something use oil rather than butter preferably fish oil or olive oil. Fish oil contains Alpha-linolenic Acid (ALA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and omega 3 which help to control the cholesterol levels in your body. When you fry something try use olive oil rather than regular oil.

    Breathe the Excess Away

    When we breathe most of us only fill up the upper part of our lungs with air. What you need to do is to take deep breaths right down to the very bottom of your lungs and inflate your stomach along with your chest. This is a very effective weight loss technique.

    Follow these simple tricks and make them a part of your lifestyle and you will definitely loose weight!
